ThriveWell Experiences
Women Thrive. Workplaces Respond. Healthcare Evolves.
ThriveWell Experiences™ is a women’s health and workplace education company helping organizations better understand and support women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
ThriveWell Experiences is building an interconnected women’s health ecosystem that brings together workplace education, a proprietary curriculum, organizational assessment, the ThriveWell Women’s Health Workplace Badge, clinical and Grand Rounds education, physician-informed digital resources, expert speakers, strategic partnerships, community experiences and ongoing employer engagement.
ThriveWell Experiences is designed for multi-location employers, healthcare systems and national organizations. Through a shared curriculum, trained facilitators, physician-informed digital education, organizational assessment and standardized measurement, one enterprise relationship can extend women’s health education and workplace support across teams, locations, and regions.
28 states have introduced menopause-related legislation. Eight of the 28 bills introduced in 2026 have already been signed into law. These bills address insurance coverage, clinician education, workplace protections, public awareness and state task forces.
