ThriveWell Experiences
Women Thrive. Workplaces Respond. Healthcare Evolves.
ThriveWell Experiences™ is a women’s health and workplace education company helping organizations better understand and support women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
Through employee education, leadership training, policy and benefits review, experiential events and practical workplace strategies, we help organizations turn awareness into meaningful and sustainable support.
For healthcare systems and clinical organizations, ThriveWell also provides clinician education led by members of our Clinical Advisory Council. These programs are designed to strengthen menopause knowledge, symptom recognition, care navigation and appropriate referral pathways across primary care and clinical teams.
Is Your Organization Ready to
Lead in Women’s Health?
Women navigating perimenopause and menopause represent some of the most experienced and valuable talent in today’s workforce. Yet many continue to manage symptoms, seek answers, and make important health decisions without the understanding or workplace support they need.
ThriveWell partners with forward-thinking organizations to change that through physician-informed education, practical leadership tools, employee programming, and meaningful workplace strategies.
The result is a more informed culture, better support for women and a visible commitment to workplace wellbeing that employees can feel.
The ThriveWell Women's Health Standard™
is not a checkbox. It is a culture shift.

Women’s Health & Workplace Performance:
Burnout among women leaders continues to rise globally, with senior level women reporting some of the highest levels of workplace stress and emotional exhaustion in recent years. McKinsey & Lean In Women in the Workplace Report 2025
Women make nearly 80% of healthcare decisions for families, yet many workplace systems still fail to adequately support women’s evolving health and wellness needs. U.S. Department of Labor / FTI Consulting 2025
The Impact of Menopause on the Workforce:
-
Global Impact: The estimated annual global economic impact from lost productivity and healthcare costs is $150 billion. Mayo Clinic 2024
-
Women who suffered from hot flashes, which can be harbingers of more serious ailments including cardiovascular disease, made 1.5 million more health visits than women who didn’t experience them; an increase of 82%. That amounts to 57% more lost work days and a work productivity loss of nearly $28 million a year.
-
Despite widespread symptom experience, fewer than one-third of employers report discussing menopause in the workplace - and only around 1 and 4 organizations have a menopause policy.
